Since 2009, Career Connections based in Nairobi, Kenya, in partnership with the AoEC, has delivered the Practitioner Diploma programme in Africa. Career Connections has a vision to develop executive leadership in Africa through a community of executive coaches. The AoEC Practitioner Diploma offers senior executives in Africa access to best-in-class global coach training certification.
You can now join our executive coaching programme in one of two ways. Both routes learn side by side in the same cohort, with the same faculty and content from the same three modules. The difference is whether you complete the assessment and accreditation now, or later, when you are ready.
Best for: senior leaders who want to build coaching into the way they lead, without need for assessment or accreditation now.
You leave with:
• An AoEC certificate for 63 coach-specific education hours
• Hours you can count towards acoach accreditation later
• The option to upgrade to the full Diploma within one year
